We will from start to finish pressure can some meat (probably pork) and talk about other methods of meat preservation.
Other methods we will discuss and sample.
- Freeze Drying
- Vacuum Sealing
We will start about 11am sharp. Processing takes about 2 hours so we want to get started on time.
